We support students facing financial hardship by helping cover tuition and essential educational needs that allow them to remain in school, stay engaged, and continue pursuing their goals.
For students with exceptional need and promise, support may grow into a Legacy Scholarship, providing sustained guidance and educational support throughout high school.

What We Support
Tuition Support
Helping students remain in school through tuition assistance paid directly to educational institutions.

Legacy Scholarship Program
The Legacy Scholarship is the Oloowere Foundation’s highest level of student support, created for students with exceptional potential and significant financial need.
The program provides sustained educational support throughout high school, helping students remain in school without interruption while pursuing a brighter future.
Legacy Scholars are selected through community engagement, academic review, and evaluation of financial need. Beyond tuition support, the foundation remains connected with students, families, and schools through mentorship, encouragement, and long-term guidance.
At the Oloowere Foundation, we believe that when students are given stability, opportunity, and someone who believes in them, they can grow with confidence and pursue futures that once felt out of reach.
What We Fund
At the Oloowere Foundation, we help students remain in school and build a brighter future through scholarships and educational support.
We fund tuition payments for students facing financial hardship, especially those who may already receive partial support from families, schools, churches, or other community sources but still face gaps that place their education at risk.
We also support the educational experience beyond tuition by funding needs such as boarding, books, remedial studies, and computer literacy programs that help students gain confidence and prepare for future opportunities.
For students with exceptional potential and significant financial need, support may transition into a Legacy Scholarship that provides sustained assistance throughout high school.
Our Approach
At the Oloowere Foundation, we believe meaningful support begins with understanding the real needs of students and their families.
We identify students through trusted community liaisons who understand the challenges facing their local communities. These liaisons help families apply, verify student information and school attendance, review academic records, and ensure that support is aligned with the student’s broader support system.
Based on each student’s level of need and the resources available, we provide partial or full educational support. Students with the greatest unmet need and strongest potential may transition into our Legacy Scholarship program for sustained long-term support.
During school breaks, we also sponsor optional remedial and enrichment programs that help students strengthen their academics, remain competitive, and gain practical skills.
To maintain accountability and ensure resources remain focused on education, the Oloowere Foundation pays schools, tutors, and service providers directly rather than distributing funds to individuals.
Beyond financial support, we are building a growing community of scholars and alumni who continue to uplift one another. Oloowere Foundation graduates are encouraged to mentor younger students, share opportunities, and help guide the next generation through challenges they once faced themselves.
Through social media and continued engagement, we are creating an ecosystem that connects students to mentors, alumni, and other successful peers, because we believe that when one student rises alone, progress is limited, but when students move forward together, communities become stronger as one.
